We understand that suitable housing with the right support is an essential part of overcoming mental health challenges.
The amount of support we provide varies depending on needs and can be anything from a few hours a week, up to full-time support or intensive support over a short period of time to help achieve a goal. We also encourage peer support as much as possible, where mutual support and a shared journey empower people to make the changes and learn together.
Our specialist mental health services
Mental health is something that we can all relate to and something we provide support for in all services. Specialist mental health services support people with a diagnosed mental health condition, which can be anything from:
- Anxiety and panic disorders
- Bipolar disorder
- Personality disorders
Through self-development and collaborative support with our staff, the people we support gain self-confidence and improved emotional wellbeing on their pathway to independence and recovery.
The experience I have had is that once you start talking about experiencing a mental health struggle, you realize that actually, you’re part of quite a big club.
